How does the Pantry Program annual fee work?
The $199/year fee unlocks net-30 invoicing, a printed mission handout pack with every order, and dedicated account support. You still pay per-case at the discounted $68 rate.
When does free shipping kick in?
Orders totaling $750 or more ship free. Below that, shipping is $18 per case.
Can I mix cocoa percentages and inclusions in one order?
Yes. All tiers support mixed assortments. Just tell us what you'd like and we'll pack it.
What payment methods do you accept?
Prepaid orders accept all major credit cards. Net-30 accounts are invoiced and payable by ACH or check.
Is there a late fee on net-30 invoices?
Yes — 1.5% per month on overdue balances, consistent with standard wholesale terms.
